Booking Policy
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM (14:00 hours) and check-out is 12:00 PM (12:00 hours)
- Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to room availability
- Guests must present a valid booking confirmation number and valid passport at check-in
- All bookings should match the name in the passport
- All hotel charges are quoted in USD
- Accepted payment methods: Cash (USD & Euro) and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay)
- A credit facility is not provided to guests. Payments must be paid once the service is rendered
- The hotel reserves the right to charge your registered credit card for any outstanding payments at check-out unless alternative arrangements have been made
- Government green tax of USD12 per person per night is payable at reception during check-in for Kaani Haven Beach, Kaani Palm Beach and Kaani Grand Seaview & USD6 per person for Kaani Beach Hotel and Kaani Village
- Children below 1.99 years stay free of charge (Green Tax is not applied to children 1.99 years and below)
- All packages are non-refundable
- Pets are not permitted at Kaani Hotels Properties
- Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Mandatory Surcharges
Mandatory surcharges are payable upon arrival and not included in the booking charges. Guests staying during the below mentioned dates are required to pay at check-in.
Gala Dinner (December 24th):
- Adults: USD 80 per person
- Children (2–10 years): USD 50 per child
- Infants (0–2 years): Free
New Year's Eve Dinner (December 31st):
- Adults: USD 100 per person
- Children (2–10 years): USD 60 per child
- Infants (0–2 years): Free
